§ 31.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD.
   The Village Council hereby establishes the village’s Board of Adjustment. Members of the Board shall be appointed by the Village Council. The Board shall constitute, function, and may be referred to as the “Board of Adjustment”.
