§ 90.53 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Village Manger shall be responsible for the enforcement of this subchapter.
   (B)   The procedure set forth to abate nuisances provided for in §§ 90.62 through 90.66 shall apply to the removal of lighting nuisances.
   (C)   The failure of any property owner to comply with the requirements set forth in this subchapter shall subject the offender to a civil penalty in the amount of $200 per day for each days continuing violation.
   (D)   This section is further subject to enforcement remedies as set forth under § 10.99.
