§ 90.52 EXEMPTIONS.

(A) Lighting associated or used in conjunction with baseball fields, soccer fields, ice skating rinks, ski slopes, tubing runs, concerts, festivals, and similar activities shall be exempt from the requirements of this subchapter.

(B) Holiday lights, located upon single-family residential properties, shall be exempt from the requirements of this subchapter.
