Any decision of the Village Manager may be appealed to the Board of Adjustment. Such appeal must be submitted in writing within ten days after receipt of the decision of the Village Manager. The filing of an appeal stays all enforcement proceedings until such time as the Board of Adjustment makes a final decision.
