§ 32.05 DESIGNATION OF SOLICITATION AGENTS.

   The following officials of the city are designated as the solicitation agents for the following classes of contracts:

   (A)   Design and construction of public improvements: Public Works Director;

   (B)   Personal services contracts, other than for design of public improvements: City Recorder; and

   (C)   Procurement and disposal of goods and services: City Recorder.
