§ 31.09 QUORUM AND MEETING PROCEDURES.
   (A)   (1)   Three voting members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum, but a lesser number may adjourn the meeting to a later date.
      (2)   The Commission may make and alter rules and regulations for its government and procedure consistent with the laws of this state, the city’s Charter and ordinances.
      (3)   The Commission shall meet at such times and places as may be called by the City Council, Planning Commission Chairperson, or by three members by written notice served upon each member of the Commission at least 24 hours before the time specified for the proposed meeting.
   (B)   In the event that the Planning Commission does not contain enough members to constitute a quorum, any agenda item shall be referred to the City Council for action, including final disposition as the Council deems appropriate, at the first Council meeting after notice and time requirements have been met.
