§ 31.06 MISCONDUCT, NONPERFORMANCE OF DUTY.
   A member of the Commission may be removed by the City Council, after hearing, for misconduct or nonperformance of duty, including, but not limited to, being absent from three or more consecutive regular meetings without excuse from the Commission.
