(A) The city does hereby adopt the Sublimity Comprehensive Plan as the long-range land use plan. This plan is attached hereto and by this reference is incorporated herein as if set out in full.
(B) The Sublimity Comprehensive Plan shall be kept on file in the office of the City Recorder and be made available for public review.
