§ 151.095 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS GOVERNED.
   This subchapter shall not affect sidewalk improvements provided for in §§ 151.015 through 151.044 and nothing in this subchapter shall be interpreted to repeal or contradict the provisions of §§ 151.015 through 151.044 and said subchapter shall continue to govern sidewalk improvements and §§ 151.015 through 151.044 shall supersede any conflicting provisions contained in this subchapter.
