§ 132.25 DEFENSES.
   (A)   It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this subchapter for possession of drug paraphernalia, if the person holds a valid registry identification card for medical use, is the person responsible for a registered grow site or is a designated primary caregiver under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act.
   (B)   Holding a valid registry identification card for medical use, being the person responsible for a registered grow site or a designated primary caregiver under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act, being O.R.S. 475C.770 et seq., is not a defense to prosecution for delivery of drug paraphernalia.
