No person shall engage in, carry on, maintain, or conduct, or cause to be engaged in, carried on, maintained, or conducted, any social game without first obtaining a gameroom license from the Council. The license shall be subject to renewal on January 1 of each year upon payment of the license fees provided in § 112.09.
