§ 111.08 GROUNDS FOR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Licenses issued to itinerant merchants, solicitors, or canvassers may be revoked by the City Administrator/Office Manager, or designee, after verbal or written notice, and hearing before the Council if requested, for any of the following causes:
   (A)   Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statement contained in the application for license;
   (B)   Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statement made in the course of carrying on the business pursuits as itinerant merchants, solicitors, or canvassers;
   (C)   Any violation of this chapter or other local, state, or federal laws;
   (D)   Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude;
   (E)   Conducting the activity or enterprise in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or a menace to the health, safety, or general welfare of the public; and
   (F)   The judgment of the city’s law enforcement officer or the City Administrator/Office Manager or designee shall be deemed conclusive as to whether such activities or enterprises disregard the tenets of this section.
