(A) Except as provided in division (B) below, the license or permit shall be posted in a conspicuous place upon the business premises, available for inspection by the public, employees, and prospective employees of the business.
(B) If the licensee has no office, business premises, or other established place of business within the city, the license shall be at all times in the possession of the representative of the business present within the city while business is being transacted by any employee or representative within the city.
