§ 93.09 FALSE ALARMS.
   As a condition of any alarm system permit issued under the provisions of this chapter and for maintenance of any similar system installed prior to adoption of this chapter, the permittee shall pay the city for false alarms generated by the permittee’s alarm system according to the conditions set forth in § 93.08(E).
