§ 91.43 OCCUPANCY OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AFTER NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   If a notice of violation of § 91.13 has been issued, and if the affected dwelling unit(s) is or becomes vacant, it shall be unlawful to reoccupy or permit re-occupancy of the unit(s) for residential purposes until the necessary permits are obtained, corrections made and permit inspection approvals given. Notwithstanding division (A) above, the Enforcement Officer may permit re-occupancy of the dwelling unit if in the Building Official’s opinion, all nuisance conditions have been addressed and rectified.
