§ 91.41 SUMMARY ABATEMENT.
   The procedure provided by §§ 91.37 through 91.40 is not exclusive, but is in addition to procedures provided by other sections of this chapter for the removal of nuisances, and the chief law enforcement officer or the City Recorder may proceed summarily to abate a health or other nuisance which unmistakably exists, and which imminently endangers human life or property.
