§ 74.02 PARADE PERMIT.
   (A)   Application for a parade permit shall be made to the City Recorder at least 30 days before the date of the parade unless the time limit is waived by the City Recorder.
   (B)   The application shall be signed by the person designated as Chairperson of the parade and shall include the following:
      (1)   The name and address of the person responsible for the parade;
      (2)   The date of the parade;
      (3)   The desired route, including assembling and dispersal points;
      (4)   The number of persons, vehicles, and animals that will participate; and
      (5)   The proposed starting and ending time.
