(A) The city’s Public Works Design Standards, as set forth in Exhibit “A” attached to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated fully herein by reference, are hereby adopted. The Public Works Standards may be amended from time to time by the Council through the passage of an ordinance or resolution. The Public Works Standards are available at:
(B) Inasmuch as the amendment of the city’s public works design standards are necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety, an emergency was declared to exist, and the ordinance codified herein took effect immediately upon its approval by the City Council.
