§ 50.01 ESTABLISHING RATES FOR COLLECTION, TRANSPORT, AND CONVEYANCE OF SOLID WASTES AND RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.
   Rates may be determined from time to time by the Council through passage of a resolution or ordinance altering said rates.
