§ 36.10 EFFECTIVE DATE; DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY.
   The city has ordinances that have been violated and the city does not have a reasonable means of enforcing those ordinances without establishing a municipal court. As such, the City Council declared an emergency and the ordinance codified herein took effect immediately, after passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor, being January 10, 2022.
