§ 36.04 CRIME AND OFFENSE JURISDICTION.
   The municipal judge shall exercise original and exclusive jurisdiction of all crimes and offenses defined and made punishable by ordinance of the city and of all actions brought to recover or enforce forfeitures or penalties defined or authorized by an ordinance of the city. The municipal judge also has jurisdiction over traffic crimes as defined by O.R.S. 801.545 committed within the boundaries of the city.
