(a) There shall be no permanent planting of any kind.
(b) There shall be no glass containers in cemetery.
(c) Those decorations that are on the ground and in deteriorated appearance shall be removed by the first Monday of April each year.
(d) Decorations can be put back on the first Monday in May.
(e) The Village, except in an emergency or by written consent of family, shall not remove anything from the headstone that is appropriate such as saddles, flowers, etc.
(f) Hours are from sun-up to sun-down each day.
