121.07 USE OF VILLAGE PROPERTY.

(a) Village equipment, materials and supplies shall be used by the Village only. No individual or entity shall be allowed to borrow any equipment, supplies or materials.

(b) Council shall establish policy for the rental or sale of equipment, supplies or materials and policy of which entities may be allowed to do so.
