Except as provided in Section 543.04, it shall be unlawful and hereby is declared a nuisance for any person to store, place or allow to remain used building materials, a motor vehicle in an unoperative condition, a motor vehicle unfit for further use, automobile parts, scrap metal, refuse or rubbish on any lot, part of a lot or parcel of land within the Village.
