121.01 MEETINGS.

(a) Council shall meet regularly once a month, said meeting to be held on the third Monday of each and every month. The meetings shall be held in the Community Room in said Village and shall commence at 6:00 p.m.

(b) In the future, all changes in meeting time and location shall be by motion of Council.
