(a) Except as otherwise provided herein, no smoking shall be permitted in any buildings or structures owned by the Village.
(b) All buildings shall be posted with signs to the effect that no smoking is permitted in the building.
(c) The Village Administrator may designate certain areas of a building or structure where smoking may be permitted provided that he finds that smoking in such area will not be detrimental to the health of others, will not constitute a fire hazard, and will not otherwise be detrimental to the properties of the building or structure.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
