(a) Upon written application to the Village Administrator, a minor resident as a project for 4-H, or other related youth group may raise an animal not normally regarded as domesticated.
(b) The application is for a period of April 1 to October 1 of the year. The animal must be small, safe, relatively noiseless and properly cared for and cleaned. The application must also show how the animal is humanely removed from the Village at the end of the application period.
(c) The permit is terminated immediately upon the childs earliest failure to make satisfactory progress in program, the October 1 date, the verified incidents of animal cruelty by applicate, or the creation of a nuisance or other health hazard.
(d) There shall be no more than one project application per minor resident per year. Application shall show reason, age of applicant, plans for the safe and humane keep of animals, and for health concerns.
(e) In the event there is one or more ordinances of the Village of Stryker in conflict, it is ordained that those ordinances are modified so that there is no conflict.
