505.19 FEEDING OF STRAY DOGS AND CATS.

(a) No person shall provide food for cats and dogs other than those owned by the person by setting such food out on the exterior portion of the person’s or entity’s property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
