543.07 DEFACING PLACARD NOTICE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, remove or alter any notice placard placed as notice under Section 543.06, except by the express permission of the Mayor or the Mayor’s designee. This provision shall be conspicuously stated on every notice placard.
