149.03 EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION.

(a) Council hereby authorizes all civil service employees of the City, to enroll and participate in the benefits of the Struthers Federal Credit Union.

(b) The Auditor and Treasurer are directed to deduct from each employee such sums as are certified by the secretary of the Credit Union in all instances where an employee obtains a loan or becomes an active participant.
