139.07 APPROPRIATIONS.

Council shall appropriate from time to time, such money as may be necessary for the carrying out of the purposes of this chapter, such money to be deposited in a Civil Defense Fund. Such money shall be disbursed in the usual manner for the disbursement of such funds. (1955 Code §139.07)
