The Safety-Service Director, Police Chief, Fire Chief and Street Superintendent are hereby granted the authority to revise and alter the work schedules of those employees who have been appointed to render services for the City under the Manpower Program. Council determines it essential to grant this authority in order to avoid any complication or violation of the Manpower regulations.
