4-2-3: RODENT CONTROL; HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS:
   A.   Rodents shall be maintained so that they will not create a nuisance to adjacent lots.
   B.   No person shall allow a residential lot, residential property or dwelling area or commercial property to become so overgrown with weeds that hazardous conditions might be concealed or habitat provided for nuisance animals including rats 1 . (Ord. 402-1-44, 2-2-1998)
