4-2-2: STORAGE AND ACCUMULATION OF JUNK 1 :
No person shall store, salvage, abandon or accumulate longer than three (3) months on his property trash, vehicles, junk or garbage unless within a building or within a neatly maintained screening fence. (Ord. 402-1-44, 2-2-1998)
