A. Upon motion of the Local Liquor Control Commission and approval by the majority of Board-members on the Village Board of the Village of Stronghurst, all requirements stated herein as to hours of operation and location may be temporarily modified for special events.
B. Upon the passing of a temporary special events modification, the Village Board shall cause to be posted in a prominent place:
1. The name or title of the special event;
2. The terms of the modification(s);
3. The beginning and end date of the modified rules.
C. Within ten (10) days of the passing of a temporary special events modification, the Village Board shall deliver or otherwise convey notification of the modification and the details described in subsection B of this section to all license-holders in the Village of Stronghurst.
D. All license-holders shall be notified in a reasonable manner and within a reasonable time before the modification takes effect. (Ord. 2019-04-02, 4-1-2019)
