3-4-34: LICENSE ISSUED:

A. Any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be issued on a form provided for that purpose by the President and Village Clerk of the Village of Stronghurst, but only when authorized to do so by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees, and upon all other terms and conditions as herein stated.
