A. If a violation of the Criminal Laws including disorderly conduct is committed on the premises of any business engaged in the selling of alcoholic liquors, the license holder or an employee, shall call the appropriate law enforcement officials promptly. If a license holder fails to promptly report violations of the Criminal Law which takes place on his or her premises, such failure may be considered cause for suspension or revocation of his liquor license.
