A. All owners and/or managers must file with the Liquor Commissioner a written, notarized agreement between themselves, at least five (5) days before the new manager assumes his or her duties. Owners and managers shall agree to comply fully with this chapter.
B. License holders or managers must live in the State of Illinois one year and the County of Henderson ninety (90) days. Managers must be actual working managers. Corporations licensed to do business in Illinois may hold a license. The corporation must have an agent living in the County who is authorized to accept service. (Ord. 2018-03-13, 3-13-2018)
