3-4-17: ENFORCEMENT OF VISIBILITY, LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS:

A. In order to enforce the provisions of the foregoing section of this chapter the President as Liquor Commissioner shall have the right to require the filing with him of plans, drawings and photographs showing the clearness of view and lighting as specified in the above section.
