3-4-7: CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES AND FEES:
   A.   Classification:
      1.   There are hereby the following classifications of licenses for the sale of alcoholic liquor:
         a.   Class A License:
         (1)    Class A licenses which authorize retail sale on the premises of package liquor. The annual fee for such license shall be one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200.00) per year, and shall be valid from July 1 through June 30 every year.
         b.   Class B License:
         (1)    Class B licenses which authorize sale on the premises of alcoholic liquor for the consumption within the interior of the premises where sold. The annual fee for such license shall be one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) per year, and shall be valid from July 1 through June 30 every year.
         (2)    An additional fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be required of all holders of Class B licenses to engage in the sale of alcoholic liquors on Sundays. (Ord. 2018-03-13, 3-13-2018)
