A. The issuance of any license under this chapter shall not relieve the holder thereof from acquiring other licenses and paying any fees that may be required by this Village for the sale or distribution of products or the performance of any other service; provided, however, holders of liquor licenses may without further licenses or fees serve soft drinks incident to their principal purpose.
