3-4-2: ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATIONS:
   A.   Any person who accepts any alcoholic liquor license issued under this chapter hereby accepts and agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions of this chapter and all other applicable provisions of this Code. (Ord. 2018-03-13, 3-13-2018)
