A. License Required: No person shall engage in the following acts in the village without having first obtained an amusement license:
1. Operate a theater.
2. Operate a billiard center.
3. Operate a bowling alley or golf course.
4. Own, operate, maintain, sell or keep for operation a mechanical amusement device.
5. Conduct or operate a public skating rink.
6. Operate a miniature golf course.
B. Compliance With Provisions: The licensee, agent or employee shall comply with the provisions of this code. (2006 Code)
