9-2-6: SUPERVISION OF PARK:
Each mobile home park, while being operated, shall, at all times, be in the charge of a responsible attendant who shall be responsible for compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (1993 Code p. 72 § 403.6-6; amd. 2006 Code)
