A. License Required: It shall be unlawful to establish, maintain or operate any mobile home park in the village without first having obtained a license therefor.
B. Application For License: Application for such license shall be made to the clerk in compliance with village ordinances relating to license applications 1 , and shall contain the name of the applicant, the location of the park, the number of mobile homes to be accommodated, the type of mobile homes to be accommodated, i.e., whether dependent, independent mobile homes, or both. C. Park Plan: Each application shall be accompanied by a plat or sketch showing the size and location of all buildings and structures. (1993 Code p. 72 § 403.6-3)
