All use of the dumpsite of the Village, located at or near the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Nine (9) North, Range Five (5) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, Henderson County, Illinois, is terminated except for official use by the Village. No deposit of any waste material, garbage, junk or other substances shall be permitted. Anyone violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. (1993 Code p. 11 Ord. 485, 7-2-1984)
