A. The billing of garbage collection shall be made a part of the water and sewer billings 1 issued by the Village. The same penalties and interest shall be charged on delinquent garbage collection bills as is charged on water and sewer bills. (1993 Code p. 7 Ord. G-1, 3-1-1993)
B. In the event of failure of any person, association or corporation to satisfy any charge provided for herein, all water or utility service provided by the Village on garbage or trash collection shall be suspended until said charges shall be made current. (1993 Code p. 77 § 404.3-3)
