8-3-3: YARD WASTE AND RECYCLING:
All residents, businesses, corporations, and organizations shall participate in proper yard waste removal and recycling programs which are currently in effect. All recycling programs will be set in compliance with State and Federal requirements. (1993 Code p. 7 Ord. G-1, 3-1-1993)
