7-3-3: CLIMBING ON RAILROAD CARS:
   A.   No person shall climb, jump, step, stand upon, cling to, or in any way attach himself to any locomotive engine or car, whether standing or in motion, upon any part of the track of any railroad inside the village limits, unless in doing so, he shall be acting in compliance with law or by permission under the lawful rules and regulations of the corporation then owning or managing such railroad.    B.   Violation of this section shall be deemed a misdemeanor which, if severally or jointly committed by any person or corporation within the territorial jurisdiction of the village, shall subject the offender, severally, to a fine as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
