A. All nonhighway vehicles must be inspected by the Stronghurst police department certifying that the vehicle has met all minimum requirements prior to use on village streets, alleys and/or roadways.
B. Once approved, the nonhighway vehicle will be issued a sticker that must be clearly displayed at all times during operation while the nonhighway vehicle inspection sheet shall remain on file with the Stronghurst police department.
All other specifications and/or requirements not included or covered under this chapter shall be governed as outlined under 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1426.1. (Ord. 2011-06-06, 6-6-2011)
